Complete a short application below. We review every application personally, confirming your registration, indemnity insurance, and understanding of narcissistic abuse and coercive control. If you meet our standard you are in.
Receive matched leads
Right now joining is completely free. The $29 per confirmed booking model kicks in once the network is live and leads are flowing. Early members get in at the ground floor, first access to leads in their state, and founding member recognition across the IT platform.

The user reviews the practitioners they have been matched with and makes their own decision. If they book with you, a flat $29 contribution is made to Illumination Transformation. No booking, no charge. Simple as that.

Every practitioner is individually vetted by Illumination Transformation. We don’t list clinics. We don’t list practices. We list people, because trauma-informed care is personal, and the standards that matter are individual ones.
Professional Registration
We verify your registration with your relevant Australian governing body. Psychologists and psychiatrists via AHPRA etc
Professional Indemnity Insurance
We require proof of current professional indemnity insurance. This protects you, your clients, and the integrity of the Practitioner Network. Non-negotiable.
Narcissistic & Coercive Abuse Awareness
This is our standard. You must demonstrate genuine understanding of narcissistic abuse and coercive control, through documented training, a strong relevant case study, or proactive steps you are taking to build that understanding. We will ask. We will assess.
Trauma-Informed Training Declaration
Confirm the trauma-informed professional development you’ve undertaken, provider, year, and relevance to your practice. We’re not asking for perfection. We are asking for genuine commitment.
Optional Peer Reference
A reference from a colleague or organisation you’ve worked with is welcomed but not mandatory. If you have one, it strengthens your profile. The above four criteria are sufficient without it.

Once you are vetted and approved, leads in your state start coming to you. When a client confirms a booking with you, a flat $29 contribution is made to Illumination Transformation. That is it.
